1. About these terms

These terms apply to this website and to the services Marto Studios provides. Marto Studios ("we", "us", "our") is a content studio based in Denmark, run by Tobias and Marcus. By using our website, taking our free trial or subscribing, you agree to these terms.

2. What we do

We go through recordings of your shows, edit the strongest moments into short vertical clips with captions, and post them on the social media channels you give us access to. If you want it, we also send you a monthly overview of how your clips performed. The details, such as which channels we post on and anything you never want posted, are agreed on your onboarding call.

You can reach us through Marto Assist, our AI assistant on Telegram, and directly by Instagram or email.

3. Free trial

You can send us one recording and we will make 3 clips from it, free of charge and with no obligation. You can keep and use those 3 clips however you like, whether or not you subscribe.

4. Subscription and payment

  • The subscription costs $200 (USD) per month, paid monthly in advance by card through Stripe.
  • We start work once your first payment has gone through.
  • The subscription renews every month until you cancel it.
  • If a payment fails, we pause posting until it is sorted out.
  • We may change the price. If we do, we will tell you before the new price applies to you, so you can cancel before it takes effect.

5. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation must be in writing: send us an email at [email protected] or a message on Instagram or Marto Assist. We do not accept cancellations by phone or on a call. Your cancellation counts from the day we receive your message, and we confirm it in writing.

There is no binding period. We finish the month you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. We do not refund part of a month.

6. Your content

  • You keep all rights to your recordings and to the clips we make from them.
  • You give us permission to store, edit and post your recordings and clips for the purpose of running your channels, for as long as you are a customer.
  • We will not use your recordings or clips in our own marketing without your written permission.
  • You confirm that you have the right to let us use your recordings, including any music, other performers and footage from the venue. We may decline to post a clip that breaks the law or a platform's rules.

7. Your channels and approvals

  • You give us access to your channels by inviting [email protected] as an editor or manager. We never ask for your passwords, and you can remove our access at any time.
  • Every Sunday we schedule the coming week's clips on your channels. Ask for changes by Monday. After that, the clips go out as scheduled.
  • Tell us about anything you never want posted, and we will respect it.

8. Results

We work to grow your channels, but we cannot promise a certain number of views, followers or bookings. The platforms decide what they show and to whom.

9. When we stop working together

When your subscription ends, we stop posting and delete your recordings and unpublished clips within 30 days. Clips that are already posted stay on your channels. Please remove our editor access once we are done.

10. Liability

We are responsible for our services under Danish law. Where the law allows it, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost income, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not responsible for outages, account restrictions or decisions made by YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook or other platforms.

11. Our website

The text, logo and design of this website belong to Marto Studios. Please do not copy them without our permission. Links to other websites, such as Instagram and Stripe, are covered by those websites' own terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change affects your subscription, we will tell you before it applies.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law, and any dispute will be settled by the Danish courts.
